The game is good graphically, the concept is good but the way is done is just bad. The game just looks kind of lame made in other concepts that aren't ambient of graphics. This game is different to other spongebob horror games because it's not so linear and it's actually cool! But then the story is developed in a very lazy way even for a joke game. The chase sequence is just boring and doesn't really brings you too much intense feelings. The shrek ending is actually funny and well made, it looks to have dedication on it.
This game has problems but it is a cool experience, still not really worth paying 4.99 for this for the short gameplay it has and the game itself.

For a quarter of Pizza Tower's price, you get this game. Something that is only 40 minutes of gameplay, no fun mechanics, and has virtually no replay value.
To claim that there is enough content for the $5 price tag is just blatantly ignorant of other games that are for sale.
Itch.io is a platform for new and indie game developers looking for support and 5$ for this game is not just for the game, it's for supporting the developer.
As a solo developer, I could not make a 1h long game with new mechanics and I understand that this game doesn't worth 5$ but as I said it's not about the game only, it's a significant support to the developer as well.

I saw a different SpongeBob game as well before but I can't find it anymore. Was that this one? Consider playing homecoming as well. Pretty creepy!
curious question, why’d you purge the spongebob models? kind of kills the vibe, was under the impression it was a spongebob horror game. I saw poof play, and I recently saw mark play, but the game looks incredibly different now with the new models.
Is the spongebob version available anywhere? I notice it does appear as though you are charging for this game now, if I had to guess you removed them to not get sued, and so that you can make a quick buck. :v
